AFTER HOURS PICKUPS: OUR COUNTER WILL BE MANNED TO ACCOMODATE AFTER HOURS PICKUPS. AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION THE AIRLINE FLIGHT NUMBER WILL BE REQUIRED. THIS SERVICE IS ON REQUEST AND A MINIMUM ADVANCE NOTICE OF 24 HOURS IS REQUIRED. PLEASE CALL RESERVATIONS AT +355 676000900  FOR FURTHER INFORMATION. THERE IS A FEE OF 15.00 EUR FOR AFTER HOURS SERVICE.

AFTER HOURS RETURNS: PLEASE PARK THE RENTAL VEHICLE IN THE PARKING LOT AND DROP THE VEHICLE KEY IN THE DROP BOX LOCATED AT THE RENTAL OFFICE. IF NO MEMBERS OF STAFF ARE PRESENT AT DROP OFF TIME THE CUSTOMER CAN LEAVE THE RENTAL AGREEMENT WITH THE KEY. CUSTOMERS WILL BE ASKED FOR A CONTACT NUMBER WHEN HE/SHE PICKS UP THE RENTAL VEHICLE.

The minimum age to rent is 18 with the exception of Fullsize vans and Luxury SUVs. Please see young and old driver fee specifications below.
Minimum rental age without the young driver fee is 21 for all car groups, with the exception of Fullsize vans and Luxury SUVs which have a minimum rental age of 25 and 27 respectively.
Maximum rental age without the old driver fee is 70 for all car groups.
Young and Old Drivers Fees apply as follows. All fees are inclusive of VAT.
18-20 3.60 EUR per day for all car groups except Fullsize vans and Luxury SUVs
21-26 3.60 EUR per day for Luxury SUVs.
70+ 3.60 EUR per day for all car groups.

Cross-border rentals are permitted within European continental countries, excluding Bulgaria, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan. A prior written authorisation is required. There is also an insurance fee that applies. This kind of rental should be requested from Enterprise-Rent-A-Car at least seven working days prior to the pickup date. Please contact the Reservations Department for further information. Charge is 40 EURO per rental excluding VAT. Customers are obliged to purchase the green card which covers the rented vehicle with third-party insurance (T.P.I.) as long as it remains outside of Albania. Road assistance or car replacement whilst driving abroad is not available. In the case of any accident outside of Albania and without prior cross-border authorisation from Enterprise, the Renter may be charged for the full amount of damage to the rented vehicle.

Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) is an optional product that reduces the renter's liability in the event of damage or theft of the vehicle when no responsible third party is identified. If CDW is not included in the reservation, it is available for purchase at the rental counter. If CDW is not included in the rental or CDW is declined, the renter will be liable for the full cost of damage to the vehicle or the full value of the vehicle in case of loss or theft. The excess amounts for each category are as follows: Mini and Economy: excess amount of 700 EURO; Compact and Intermediate: excess amount of 1,200 EURO; Standard: excess amount of 1,500 EURO; Full Size: excess amount of 2,500 EURO; Luxury: excess amount of 3,500 EUR. CDW does not provide any coverage for damage caused to the undercarriage of the vehicle, interior of the vehicle, windscreens, mirrors or tyres. A basic condition is that the damage is not due to infringement of the road circulation code. CDW is a mandatory purchase prior to purchasing SCDW or ZE.
CDW is not valid if the accident is caused off road or outside the tarmacked network. Any accident caused under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be covered by any protection product.

Delivery and collection service of the rented vehicle within 15 km of city limits is available during office hours, at a charge of 50 EURO (excluding VAT). Each additional km beyond 15 km of the city limits (up to a maximum of 10 km) will be charged at 0.60 EURO per km (excluding VAT). The renter must be present to show their passport and confirm payment method. For night deliveries and/or collections, a night delivery charge will apply in addition to the above charges at a charge of 15 EURO (excluding VAT)

One-Way Fee within Albania: Free of charge within a 40-kilometre distance between stations, otherwise a fee of 120 EURO will be applied.
INTERNATIONAL ONE-WAY RENTALS: Are available for specific routes upon request with a minimum advance notice of 24 hours and an extra cost per route. In the event that the vehicle is left for any reason outside of the borders of Albania or at a rental location in which one-way rentals are not permitted, the Renter will be responsible for all rental vehicle recovery costs in addition to the fee for similar distance.
International one-way fee excludes cross-border fee and green card fee, which are mandatory for any travel outside of Albania.

REFUELLING POLICY: Full to Full. All Rented Vehicles are delivered to, or collected by, the renter with a full tank of fuel. A Refuelling Fee of 3.00 euro per litre is applied. The renter will be charged 250 euro for using the wrong fuel. Purchasing a full tank service in advance is not available.

Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. A security deposit will be blocked on the credit card and the estimated cost of the rental will be charged at the time of pickup. The deposit will be released by the cardholder's bank upon notification of return of the vehicle. The car categories Mini and Economy require a deposit of 290.00 EUR, Compact and Intermediate vehicles have a 390.00 EUR deposit and Standard, Full size and Luxury vehicles require a 1000.00 EUR deposit. Debit cards, cash cards and cash are accepted as forms of payment for the rental or to purchase additional products. The deposit must be paid with a valid credit card. 24/7 Roadside Assistance is free of charge within the territory of Albania as long as customer was not at fault or in breach of rental conditions. In the event the renter is at fault or in breach of rental conditions then fees will apply. This service is provided directly from our licensee partner Albania Car Rentals. Roadside Assistance services include vehicle recovery, loss of keys and lockouts. 24/7 Roadside Assistance Tel Nr: +355 676000900. Loss of vehicle plates and vehicle documentation will result in a fee of 220.00 EUR inclusive of VAT.

All drivers must provide a valid driving license at the time of rental which has been held for at least 3 years. In addition to a valid driving license the primary renter must provide ID card or passport, and a major credit card in their own name. Additional ID or further identification checks may be requested if deemed necessary.
